Thank you for considering a contribution to the 2010 Litchfield Hills Probate District election campaign of Judge Diane Blick. While anyone can contribute, Judge Blick does not accept contributions from practicing attorneys.
Most importantly, she urges that you encourage your family, friends and neighbors to vote for her on November 2nd. The contribution is helpful, but it is the vote that counts....and every vote counts!
There are two ways to contribute:
1. Print out then fill out the attached Certification Form and send together with your contribution check payable to "Blick for Probate 2010" to the following address:

All fields marked with red asterisk (*) are required and must be filled out.
The law requires disclosure for each itemized contribution made by a lobbyist, the spouse of a lobbyist or any dependent child of a lobbyist who resides in the lobbyist’s household. General Statutes § 9-608(c) (1)(I). The term lobbyist includes anyone required by law to register as a lobbyist with the Office of State Ethics because they (a) expend or agree to expend $2,000 or more in a calendar year on lobbying; OR (b) receive or agree to receive $2,000 or more in a calendar year for lobbying. General Statutes § 1-91. Lobbyists may contribute to candidate committees and exploratory committees for probate judge.
